A digital application to empower you in receiving customized treatment for advanced kidney cancer (advanced renal cell carcinoma, aRCC)!
To support you in determining which treatment is best for your kidney cancer, the esteemed Scientific Planning Committee and Kidney Cancer Canada (KCC) has developed an application to guide your conversations.
myRCC empowers you to:
- Be involved in your care, by making shared decisions with your healthcare team for your first-line (1L) advanced kidney cancer treatment
- Identify your treatment goals to inform your management plan
- Make informed treatment selections based on your goals, scientific data, and your health status
- Receive customized information when meeting with your healthcare team.
Development of myRCC was directed by a Scientific Planning Committee of key opinion leaders and clinicians in the field of RCC and in collaboration with KCC.

How to start using myRCC

- When completing page 2, think about your cancer treatment, what is most important to you?
- To help you decide:
- Read the list of possible treatment goals
- Rate how important each treatment goal is to you on a scale of 1 to 5
- Circle your top 3 treatment goals.
- Share page 2 with your doctor / healthcare team at your next visit.
- Use the myRCC application with your doctor / healthcare team to discuss available treatment options based on your goals and type of cancer.
- Work together with your team to decide on the best treatment for you!

Your healthcare team will have access to this application to support your discussion.
