Her unwavering support of the Canadian kidney cancer community, especially the patients and caregivers, both as a volunteer and advocate, touched countless lives and made a meaningful difference. She gave her time, energy, and heart selflessly, always striving to bring hope and comfort to those facing difficult challenges.
For many years, Karen served as a Director on the Board of Kidney Cancer Canada, representing the Atlantic Provinces of Canada with dedication, compassion, and grace. She was a passionate advocate for the Canadian kidney cancer community, generously giving her time, energy, and wisdom to support patients, caregivers and families. Her kindness, leadership, and unwavering commitment touched countless lives and will be remembered with deep gratitude.
